Marionette had a single and songs on the "Trash On Delivery" comp. They had a full lenth album called "Blonde Secrets and Dark Bombshells". None of this is available on legit CD, but it is out there on the trade circuit thanks to a fan who wanted the stuff available to people since he spent years trying to get ahold of the damn album.

The Babysitters had a self-titles full length release and also I believe they also appeared on the aforementioned TOD release. Plus there was a video release. Buttz is a member of this board and will show up from time to time, so he can clarify more.

Plus we have members here who will be able to give much more indepth info on the single releases than myself, and numerous people here to recollect memories of the time period. Do a search and you will find great stuff. Paul Blittz is also one of our members and lucky for us, his mind remains intact and has some great tales to tell.

Yep Marrionette supported Pet Hate at Dudley JB's.I have the tape I did at the gig.
There was an Album by Marrionette that was released on the same day as The Babysitter's Album and on the same label. They also released a 12" Single which had a couple of extra songs on it. Obviously the singer Ray Zell went on to other things but you wouldn't of thought he would of managed it the night I saw him in Dudley , out of his head from what I recall. The drummer Pig filled in for the Babysitter's at one point.
I have the 2 Pet Hate Albums on vinyl. Not a bad band. Have some video footage somewhere also.

The Babysitter's put out 1 album... The Babysitter's. Brilliant Stuff
    A 12" Single/EP Live at The Marquee.
And there is also the video of the same name!

They appeared on the Trash On Delivery Album....
And also on The Rock Pretty Album.. Both of which were Compilation Albums.

And there was a Double B side single which never saw the light of Day..... Shout/ The Bathroom Song!! Still stashed away in an Attic somewhere!!???!!

so much stuff to get Mp3'd and transfered to dvd!!???

The Grip were another band that were around at the same time as these 3 bands..... along with Napalm Hearts (another I need to transfer to Mp3) Wrathchild, Aunt May, The Dog's D'Amour, The Gunslingers, Torme' Hanoi Rocks, amongst many others.
    Oh the memories!!??!!!

Yes the 12" is here in my hands and has the following track Listing:
On A Night Like This. (same as album)
    My Baby Suxx (Alternate Version).
    Little Johnny Rockstar.

Rock Pretty Tracks were recorded before the Album soa are different as were The Babysitter's and The Grip tracks that appeared on this album.

I'm afraid I only vaguely remember Pet Hate, so can't help on that front. Marionette is a different matter though. Apart from Ray (the Robin Zander of Islington) and Pig (who was only in the band because he 'had a van' and 'could drive'), they featured Ray's brother KK on bass and the amazing Dave Veal on guitar. Their gigs were frankly indescribable. I don't have a copy of that 12 inch single though, although I think it may well have been their 'cover' of the Kiss song 'Is That You'. It did exist though because I have bootleg of a gig at Dingwalls where Ray says 'I've got a twelve incher out at the moment. What are you all looking down there for?'. Forget Iggy, Stiv, Monroe etc - Ray inspired me more than anyone I think!

As for the Babysitters, I have a 7 inch single of 'Everybody Loves You When You're Dead' that I don't think anyone's mentioned. Oh, and I think those Rock Pretty tracks are different from the album versions. Could be wrong though...
